On the odd occaision when someone asks me give advice on their application or website I seem to be spending an increasing percentage of my time describing the benefits of integration with pre-existing web services. I’m talking about the Google suite of tools, things like Formsite and Youtube embedding. I thought to call this Object Oriented Web (OOW).
I thought it could be interesting for B&A readers to get an overview of the services that are out there, what value they bring and examples where they have been integrated to good effect.
