I have had a passion for good forms design for as long as I can remember.

It is the unique combination of graphical design, cognitive psychology, linguistics, logic and problem solving that draw me to this subject matter.

Over the past 12 years, I have worked for the Australian Bureau of Statistics, the social research arm of Colmar Brunton Australia (a private market research agency) and The Hiser Group, Australasia’s leading usability consultancy.

I now have my own forms design, training, research and advice business called Formulate Information Design (formulate.com.au).
