Is a consultant and an MIT Research Affiliate. A Chemical Engineer by training, whose work specializes in the analysis and design of complex systems, built upon an understanding of organizational and technical processes. He analyzes work processes using ethnographic methods and interprets how that work is influenced by IT and physical spaces. He is the builder of the “forensic pathway analysis” tool used in the Cambridge-MIT Institute Project on Distributed Work.
