Steven Mark Weintraub received his MS in Technical Communication from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He has completed certificate programs in Human Computer Interaction (Iowa State University College of Engineering), Usability Analysis (Human Factors International), Content Graphic Design (Rensselaer), and Business Analysis (ROI Training).
He is currently an Associate Director of User Experience Strategy & Design and Publicis Modem NY.
He has worked as an Information Architect, Usability Analyst, Technical Writer, Interactive Media Developer, and Avid Video Editor.
