I started my journey in UX Design as a writer and editor obsessed with technology and Web-based applications. After writing for print, teaching college, and winning a grant to create a "computer-assisted learning instruction" program, I naturally gravitated to the world of Web content. While working at Cambridge Technology Partners and AOL/Digital City, I honed my skills as a Content Developer and moved onto Content Strategy at Cisco. Currently, I'm a Content Strategist at Kaiser Permanente, where I work on an intranet with an enterprise portal framework.
