Clifton Evans is Canadian & suddenly Irish. He has been an active member of the early communities that helped to form the field of IA.
As an Information Architect, his role has taken him to Vancouver, New York, San Francisco, Singapore, Dublin, Barcelona, Rotterdam, Dusseldorf and mostly London to work on interfaces ranging from personal-scale private works to enterprise-level systems.
He has co-written a book on eCommerce system design and development for education, taught and given seminars on the design of interactive systems and also works as an artist both outside and within the field.
He currently works from Dublin, where he is working both locally on projects such as corporate and entertainment sites for Murphy's and remotely for a private jet booking system.
He sees the world of interaction design as an open space for new opportunities, a place to be constantly creating new approaches and creatively approaching new models of interaction.
