Having leapt from the sedate world of consulting to the wilds of entrepreneurship, Fred is a co-founder of KMS Group, Inc., developers of Intuitect Professional (www.intuitect.com), an integrated toolset for information architects and user experience designers. For KMS, he serves as chief operating officer.
Fred is also owner and principal of
ContextualAnalysis, LLC, providing consulting services in the areas of taxonomy and controlled vocabulary design, user experience design, and website and back-of-book indexing.
He trained as an information architect at Argus Associates and has worked with such clients as Harpo, Inc., Abbott Laboratories, Accenture, LookSmart.com, Hewlett-Packard and PeopleSoft, Inc.
