Currently I am working at Oracle in a role that sees me designing user experiences for externally facing self service products (eService, eBilling, eCommerce, User Mangement).
Previously I worked for Siebel in a think tank looking at methods to increase the effeciency of software development process.
Previous to this I was a consultant at Edocs a company that sold and implemented EBPP products.
