		<description><![CDATA[After reading “Re-architecting PeopleSoft.com from the bottom-up” I decided to go take a look at the site. I was a little surprised when I tried to validate a page according to its &quot;DOCTYPE declaration” and found errors. Why bother declaring such things if you have no intention of adhering to it?

It seem that &quot;site designers&quot; tend to look at this as being unimportant! I wonder why?

BTW, I used the W3C validator at:
