		<description><![CDATA[Great points; I hate all the semantic arguments over whether we should say &quot;user&quot; vs &quot;customer&quot; or &quot;UX&quot; vs &quot;just design&quot; and whatever. If people actually *recognize what you do* that&#039;s a huge step forward. 

Companies are starting to realize users have, for lack of a better term, experience, and that this is important. And products have gotten much more kick-ass for it.  This is no time to abandon that in trade for a new buzzword.]]></description>
