Frank Duran is the co-owner and publisher of Boxes and Arrows, as well as Design Director at USAA in San Antonio, TX. After several years in the technology field, he made the leap to creative life in the agency world starting at MEA Digital where he worked on digital projects for clients like Kyocera, Centurion Boats, Callaway Golf, and Oakley. Soon after, he met his wife, moved to Texas and continued his career at T-3 giving him the opportunity to work on award-winning projects for Dell, JCP, Universal, Wall Street Journal and Marriott. As his family grew, he found a home at USAA where he continues to grow as a design leader and stay involved with the design community through creative work, mentoring and speaking engagements.
