He has extensive training in advanced interview methods for use in user research, which helps to ensure maximum accuracy and detail of user feedback. Bryan has performed user research on a variety of large projects, working with technology companies, design firms and government agencies. Bryan has worked with companies such as eBay Corp., Microsoft, SOLV and Kodak. He has also worked on projects conducted for the United States Army and Marine Corps to ensure that future-force military vehicles employed user-centric design.
