Andre Plaut

Over the last six years, Andre Plaut has build and delivered training for Apple, Obama for America, and General Assembly. As a training coordinator at Apple, Andre created and delivered internal training materials to retail employees all over the world. During the 2012 Obama campaign, Andre worked with campaign staff to redesign, organize, and implement training initiatives and materials to better prepare new volunteers for the field. Andrea Ruskin

Andrea Ruskin brings over twelve years experience to her independent design practice Ruskin Design. Andrea provides visual design and information architecture services to a variety of clients from small to large profit and non-profit organizations. Andrea Wiggins

Andrea Wiggins

Andrea is a PhD student at the Syracuse University School of Information Studies. Her current research focuses on information use in organizations. Andrea earned her MSI from the University of Michigan School of Information; to support her education habit as a master's student, she practiced web analytics for a full-service interactive agency. As an agency data analyst, she interpreted web traffic data for a wide variety of client organizations, including household names in the automotive, entertainment and financial industries. Andrea is also an Associate Instructor for the University of British Columbia's Award of Excellence in Web Analytics certificate program; she wrote the lesson on analytics for navigation for the "Web Analytics for Site Optimization" course. When not occupied with ambitious projects, Andrea is a habitual knitter and avid photographer.

Andres has both a practical and academic cross-disciplinary approach to communications design. Regardless of how a solution is expressed (IA, UX or ID), Andres believes that at the end of the day, what we are really trying to do is find the best possible way to communicate – to connect. Andres has been communicating and connecting organizations to their constituents for close to ten years. Andrew Hinton

Andrew Hinton has designed for digital environments of one kind or another since 1991, and is now an Information Architect at IA consultancy The Understanding Group (aka TUG). Andrew is currently at work on a book for O'Reilly Media on the topic of designing context . A co-founding member of the Information Architecture Institute, he sometimes writes on IA and design for various publications, and keeps a blog at inkblurt.com.

Andrew Otwell is an information architect and interaction designer. Andrew earned a Master's degree in Art History at the University of Texas, where he studied Surrealist and Dada art. In 1997, he finally admitted his real interests were with digital design and the web, and so left academia. Fortunately, it turned out that the analysis of visual culture and the analysis of information for the web weren't so very incompatible, so Andrew found himself doing and teaching information architecture and interaction design in Austin, Berlin, and Seattle. Andy Schriever, Park Street Solutions' COO and CTO, founded the company more than five years ago and has served as lead architect and product visionary since. Andy was formerly Chief Operating Officer at a $50 million manufacturer and a $30 million software company, and has also held the CIO position at one of the country’s largest payers of health-care claims. His career is built upon an extensive consulting background, including major consulting engagements with more than 40 client firms in the financial services and insurance industries. Andy’s college degree is in Mathematics, from Fordham University in New York.

Anthony Colfelt

Aviva Rosenstein

Aviva Rosenstein is fascinated by how people and organizations use technology to accomplish their goals. She's contributed insights to dozens of product launches within both Agile and traditional development processes, at all phases of the product lifecycle, encompassing media portals, social networking sites, and enterprise applications and platforms. Aviva began looking for ways to deliver effective research insights within Lean development while participating in Yahoo!’s pilot Agile program, and continued iterating on these techniques while managing user research for Salesforce’s innovative Agile R&D organization.

She was formerly an e-learning designer and producer for the School of Public Health at the University of Illinois at Chicago, an editor and copywriter for Boxes and Arrows, and she spent the dotcom boom/bust years as an information architect at iLeo, an interactive advertising arm of Leo Burnett. Babar Suleman
